Çocuklar için anne konulu İngilizce essay: “My mother”

İngilizce öğrenirken essay yazmak her ne kadar ileri seviye bir iş olarak görülse de çocuklara da yarayabilecek bir aktivite. İkinci dil olarak İngilizce öğrenen çocuklar essay okuyup yazarak yeni kelimeler öğrenebilir, yeni cümle yapılarına aşina olabilirler. Bunun için çocukların yaşına uygun ve ilgilerini çekebilecek bir konu belirlemek lazım – tıpkı bugünün konusu olan “My mother” yani “Annem” gibi.

Düzenli olarak yapılan işlerden veya kalıcı doğrulardan bahsetmek için present simple yapısını kullanıyoruz. Bu yapıyı Türkçedeki geniş zaman kipine benzetebiliriz. Essayimize geçmeden önce küçük bir tekrar yapalım isterseniz.

Present simple yapısıyla cümle kurarken önce öznemizi, sonra fiilimizi, sonrasında ise varsa nesnemizi kullanıyoruz. Oldukça yalın bir yapı. Eğer öznemiz “He, she, it” ise fiilimiizin sonuna “-s” takısını getiriyoruz. Fiilimiz “be” yani “olmak” ise özneye göre “am / is / are” formlarına dönüşüyor. My mother has many talents and hobbies. She loves to sing and has a beautiful voice. Sometimes, she sings lullabies to help me fall asleep at night. She also enjoys painting. Her paintings are colorful and full of imagination. I love seeing her artwork hanging on the walls of our home.

My mother supports me in everything I do. She believes in me and encourages me to follow my dreams. When I feel sad or scared, she hugs me tightly and assures me that everything will be alright. Her love is unconditional, and I know I can always count on her.
